Founded in 2024, TUBO Motor has over 150 staff members with a daily production capacity of 8,000 brushless motors. We are a professional manufacturer integrating independent R&D, precision production and customized sales of DC brushless motors focusing on drone & RC aircraft power systems.
Our R&D team consists of more than 20 experienced engineers specializing in electromagnetic design and mechanical structure. With years of industry experience in FPV and multi-rotor power development, we master core technologies including winding process, magnetic circuit design and dynamic balance calibration. We provide one-stop ODM & OEM custom service from drawing design and prototype sampling to mass production. Premium raw materials such as high-grade NdFeB magnets, high-precision silicon steel sheets and imported high-speed bearings are adopted, enabling our motors with high power density, low heat generation, high efficiency and long service life, with comprehensive efficiency over 92%.
Equipped with automatic winding machines, CNC processing equipment, dynamic balance testers and full-load aging test devices, our factory implements strict three-level quality inspection: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection and finished-product full inspection. All products comply with CE, RoHS and FCC certifications to meet mainstream international import standards. Our monthly output hits 240,000 units, flexibly supporting bulk large orders as well as small-batch repeat orders.
Our core product lines cover FPV racing motors, agricultural multi-rotor motors, fixed-wing RC motors and gimbal miniature brushless motors ranging from 0802 to 5320 specification, widely applied in FPV drones, industrial inspection UAVs, RC planes, underwater thrusters and smart mobility devices.
We provide customized parameter modification and private-label OEM & ODM solutions.
